Items not picked-up during the scheduled days/times will be subject to storage fees per item per day (amount determined by auction house on a case-by-case basis) and/or forfeited without refund. Charges apply to any trips to the warehouse outside of the scheduled pick up day and time.

SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS OR SERVICES: These may include, but are not limited to, pick-up arrangements outside of posted days/times, forklift loading (only available at RCI Auctions Warehouse), physical labor assistance, daily storage, shipping, local delivery. These are subject to additional fees, and must be discussed before bidding by calling RCI Auctions OH at 216-800-8402 (any special requests not discussed before bidding may be denied).
INVOICING: All credit cards on file will be charged the full invoice amount the morning after the auction ends. If paid by credit card, there will be a 3% credit card convenience fee. If you would like to pay with cash or a different credit, please contact us (email preferred) before 9am the day after the auction ends.

YOUR WINNING BID IS A LEGAL CONTRACT TO PURCHASE: Please keep in mind that each bid you make is a binding contract to buy the item if you win. Invoices are sent shortly after the auction closes and must be paid prior to removal of items. Contact us concerning your preferred method of payment. We accept Visa, Master Card, Cash. Unpaid invoices are charged to your credit card on file the afternoon of the day following the close of this auction. Please contact the auctioneer if you will be paying with cash at the time of pick up.
BUYERS PREMIUM: 15%. If your winning bid is $100, you will be charged $115 at checkout.
DYNAMIC ROLLING CLOSE: Our auction closes at a rate of 3 items per minute, and bidding remains open on any unclosed item. The closing time of an asset is automatically extended by three minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last three minutes of an asset’s closing time. The sale continues until each item is sold. (ex. 150 lot sale would typically take about 50 minutes to close)

SHIPPING & DELIVERY. Please contact RCI Auctions Ohio prior to bidding to arrange shipping and/or local delivery. Any shipping and/or local delivery that has not been discussed prior to bidding / auction closing may be denied. Shipping, Local Delivery & Handling fees apply (ex. shipping fee + typically handling $8 per box, or $40 per standard pallet). Oversize pallets or hard to handle items will incur additional fees.
